Despite its short length, the street is popular with global brands and buyers who are willing to spend about 2,500 euros per purchase. Only the largest brands such as Versace, Fendi and Prada can afford such an expensive rental.
Previously, Fifth Avenue in New York occupied the first position in the ranking of the most expensive streets, but now it has been surpassed by the Montenapoleone — thanks to the influx of tourists and successful marketing.
