If you are waiting for the May holidays to finally get a visa for a new trip, do not forget to check the opening hours of the visa centers.
From 1 to 2, as well as from 8 to 9 May 2025, the visa centers of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Italy, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Slovenia, France, Croatia, Switzerland will be closed.
But the visa centers of Slovakia will not work on May 1, 8-9, 2025; Finland and Cyprus — on May 1 and 9; Portugal and Spain — on May 1-2, 9.
It also became known that:
- the Bulgarian VIP lounge in Moscow has increased in price to 90 € per person. And there are no visa slots in Moscow until May 16;
- The UK provides the opportunity to download documents online on its own;
- in the centers of Hungary and Switzerland, the minimum period for visa review is 15 days;
- the application for a Spanish visa can take up to 45 days to process;
- you can wait for an Italian visa for more than 40 days;
- documents can be submitted to the Greek representative office before the holidays. — two weeks;
- registration for submission to the EC of France is possible for June with consideration of up to four weeks.
Take into account the additional five working days for shipment to Moscow if you apply at regional centers.
