Do you dream of visiting the Moon? This will be possible in Dubai. However, the Moon there is slightly different. Let’s find out: the emirate will start work on the creation of a unique Moon Dubai resort.
The construction of the Moon-shaped resort, which will cost between $5 billion and $7 billion, is expected to be completed by 2027. The mega-project was developed by the Canadian company Moon World Resorts Inc. and aims to attract tourists and develop the emirate’s economy.
Moon Dubai will feature a 274-meter-tall replica of the Moon, mounted on a 30-meter-high pedestal, which will glow at night. Inside, there will be a luxurious hotel with 4,000 rooms. Guests will have the opportunity to explore the simulated lunar surface and participate in astronaut training sessions.
The resort will also offer services such as a beach club, an aqua park, and a spa center. According to plans, it will attract between 2.5 and 10 million guests per year.
