In the first half of 2025, more than 581,000 Russian tourists visited the country. This was followed by travelers from Turkey, Armenia, Israel, and Azerbaijan.
In total, 2.27 million tourists from different countries visited Georgia, which is 14.5% more than in the same period in 2024.
In addition to Tbilisi and the mountains, Russians are increasingly choosing Batumi for beach vacations. In autumn, the mountainous regions of Georgia are particularly beautiful, and it is worth seeing them with your own eyes.
