Oh, how delicious! We thought when we saw that the Far Eastern scallop festival “On the crest!” would be held in Vladivostok. The event is aimed at the development of gastronomic tourism and the promotion of Far Eastern cuisine.
The street part of the festival will be held from June 28 to June 30, 2024, with 20 restaurants and cafes in Vladivostok participating in it. There you can try pan-se with scallop — Korean pies. As well as khinkali, gyoza, tom-yam, zavertons and kebabs made from local shellfish.
But in other regions of the Russian Federation, the event will be held from July 1 to July 15, 2024. Last year, it took a ton of scallops to prepare dishes for the festival, and 25,000 people tasted them in Vladivostok.
