Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul in Sultanahmet (Turkey)
Previously, this building served as a prison, where political dissidents, writers and intellectuals were held during the Ottoman Empire. Courtyards and rooms are decorated in the style of cells, so some guests say they hear the whispers of prisoners.
Emily Morgan, USA
The building itself was built back in 1924. There used to be a hospital with a psychiatric department here. Guests claim to see ghostly nurses, patients, and that they are haunted by visions and unexplained medical odors (especially on the 7th, 9th, and 14th floors).

Nottingham Road Hotel, South Africa
Rumor has it that a ghost named Charlotte lives here. According to legend, she was a barmaid who committed suicide in a hotel due to an unsuccessful love affair. Hotel guests say they see unexplained things — doors opening and closing, things moving. And Charlotte’s spirit lives in room 10! But she is considered a harmless ghost.
El Convento, Puerto Rico
The building was built in 1651, previously there was a monastery of Carmelite nuns. In some places of the hotel it is inexplicably cold, the lights often turn on and off, chants can be heard in the corridors when no one is around.
