The airline offers new dishes in business class on flights from Sochi, Mineralnye Vody, and Gelendzhik to convey the atmosphere of the Black Sea coast.
The menu includes:
- Tender lamb meat with crispy vegetables and pomegranate sauce.
- Black Sea mullet with potatoes and creamy sauce.
- Refreshing panna cotta with fruit and persimmon puree.
These new dishes are part of Aeroflot’s project, which showcases the diversity of Russian cuisine on domestic flights. Previously, similar sets were offered on flights from Siberia and the Far East.
