This skiing season was the earliest in the entire history of the resort, which was made possible thanks to heavy snowfalls and modern equipment for artificial snowmaking of the slopes.
The all-season resort “Arkhyz” is located on the eastern border of the Western Caucasus between the Abishira-Akhuba and Gabulu ranges and has been operating since December 2013. There are 27 km of trails, nine chairlifts and gondola lifts, as well as a system for artificial snowmaking on its territory.
