The first place is taken by the kingdom of Powys in Wales, recognized as the “best place for silence” with a low population density of only 26 people per square kilometer.
In second place is Zurich (Switzerland), it is considered the least noisy city in the world according to WHO. The third place is occupied by Montnegre y el Corredor in Catalonia (Spain). This is the first urban quiet park in the country according to Quiet Parks International in 2021.
