Adler
How to get:by plane to Sochi — there are flights from most Russian cities — or by train to Adler Railway Station.
The number one resort in Greater Sochi: the main aviation hub of the Black Sea coast is located here. In Adler, it is pleasant to stroll along the Imereti embankment or among the sports facilities of the Olympic Park.
Compared to the Sochi center, Adler is a little cheaper, and there are no fewer interesting activities: you can watch Formula 1 races, visit the motorsport museum, and stroll through the Sochi theme Park. Concerts here are also not uncommon: from “Hands up” to VK Fest (this summer!).

Beaches: mostly pebbly with blue water.
- Ogonyok is located near the center of the resort, with many cafes and a good beach infrastructure.
- Chaika is a wide central beach with paid sun beds.
- Imereti — stretches for 6 kilometers, there are places with small pebbles and even sand. It is considered one of the most picturesque.

Sochi is not united: the resort towns of the Krasnodar Territory
We have assembled small villages by the sea to replace Sochi and Adler. Just note that you will not be able to swim in Vityazevo in the 2025 season: the beaches are temporarily closed.
Lazarevskoye
How to get there: to Sochi by plane, and then by taxi, bus or train — it takes from an hour and a half to drive. Trains run directly to the village.
Lazarevskoye is a godsend for families with children. An oceanarium, several water parks, a dolphinarium, and a Ferris wheel will keep the student busy. For adults, there are guided tours in the mysterious Colchis forest, majestic waterfalls, an ethnographic museum or tea ceremonies at the tea museum.
Beaches: wide and well—maintained, with a shallow entrance – ideal for children and inexperienced swimmers. However, Lazarevsky’s beaches have a noticeable disadvantage: there is nowhere to fall all summer, and in order to get comfortable with your umbrella, you need to walk around. But this is the scourge of almost the entire Black Sea coast.
- “Dolphin”. For most tourists, it is the best beach in the village. It has all the infrastructure: sun beds, umbrellas, bars and comfortable wooden decking for walking.
- “Azure” is a 500—meter-long central pebble beach.
- “Flamingo” — in addition to pebbles, there are also sandy areas. It is located at the entrance to the village, so it is not very crowded with people.

Taman
How to get there: by train to Anapa, from there by direct bus to Taman.
Taman is located very close to the fuel oil spill sites, but the environmental situation here is better than in Anapa — at least, the operational headquarters of the Krasnodar Territory informs that the beaches of Taman will be open.
The history of Taman begins before our era: in its place was the Greek town of Hermonassa. Now it is a peaceful and picturesque resort. People come here to visit Lermontov places, taste wine from local producers, and visit the Ataman ethnographic complex.
Beaches: fine and soft sand with an admixture of seashell. In some places there are boulders and a rocky entrance into the water.
- Central is a beach full of life. Concerts and city events are held here. The entrance to the water is rocky.
- “Ataman” is located near the ethnocomplex of the same name. There are sun beds, umbrellas, entertainment for children, but the infrastructure is still in the process of development, so the beach is considered semi-wild.
- “Old marina” — imported sand, there is a staircase for a safe entrance to the sea, several cafes and shops.

Yeisk
How to get there: by direct train from the capital. The journey time from Moscow will be a little more than a day. Other options: by bus (there are flights from Moscow) or by private car.
Yeysk boasts a favorable climate and a variety of attractions. For example, you can see the building of the merchant assembly, the Kubansky Khutor open—air museum, the Yeisk Patriot armored cruiser, a real warship built in 1944 at the expense of the residents of the region. In addition, the place is known for its healing resorts with mineral waters and healing mud.
In this town in the Kuban, tourists surf, ride a wake, and walk aroundwalk along the alley in Gorky Park or along the embankment, and, of course, enjoy relaxing on the warm sea.
A pleasant bonus of Yeysk is affordable prices for accommodation, entertainment and food, unlike in Sochi.

Beaches: sandy with small shells, there are areas with pebbles.
- The central one is the best beach in terms of amenities: there are changing cabins, sun beds, umbrellas, cafes and other amenities.
- Molodezhny is located on the edge of the Yeisk Spit. A place for lovers of water activities: here you can go surfing, horseback riding or jet skiing. The entrance to the water is sharp, there are undercurrents.
- Detsky is a beach with shallow waters off the coast, so it is comfortable to swim with kids here. There are deck chairs and slides.

Tuapse
How to get there: by train to Tuapse or by plane to Sochi, and from there by train. It takes from 3 hours by car or bus.
A seaside resort that inspires creativity. The most famous place is the picturesque Kiselyov Cliffs, named after a famous artist who often visited here. The place is also known for the fact that a fishing scene in the Diamond Hand was filmed on the beach near the rock.
In addition to natural places in the city, there is a seaport, a rope park, various museums, a theater for young spectators, and a sycamore alley.
Beaches: there are both pebble and sandy-pebble beaches. Due to the proximity of the port in the city, not everyone likes the purity of the water, so some tourists prefer to go further away — for example, to Olginka or Dzhubga.: as in Tuapse itself, the beaches in these places are clean and suitable for recreation.

How to get there: by train to Novorossiysk, then by bus from the bus station — the journey time is about 40-50 minutes, by taxi it will be faster. Another option is to travel by plane to Sochi, then by bus — from 4.5 hours.
Small traces of fuel oil were noted here only in early January. Since then, the beaches have been completely cleaned, and now Gelendzhik is actively preparing for the arrival of guests.
The southern town with a mild climate is located in Gelendzhik Bay on the Black Sea, surrounded by the Markoth mountain range. Here you can not only relax on the beach, but also go to the largest water park in Russia, visit the Chateau de Talu winery, take pictures next to the elegant sculpture “White Bride”. From the unusual: the abandoned cargo ship Rio is located here, it once ran aground and has since become an interesting attraction.

How to get there: to Sochi by plane, and then by taxi or by train. Either by train to Gagra, and then by bus or by car.
The Abkhazian resort is quiet and relaxed, and swimming is safe: no traces of fuel oil were noticed. The city is located on the cape of the same name on the shore of the Pitsunda Bay, so the sea here is calm. Along the coast there is a 7 km long relict grove with pines and eucalyptus trees. This is a unique nature reserve that creates coolness in the summer heat.
