Moscow will celebrate its 878th birthday on September 13 and 14! This decree was signed by Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.
The celebrations will take place in the historical center, parks, and public spaces of the city. The program will be approved in the near future.
Last year, the 877th anniversary was celebrated on September 7 and 8, but the traditional fireworks display was canceled.
