The New Year holidays have come to an end, but the rest does not end! Analysts Ostrovok.ru We found out which destinations and hotels are in the greatest demand among Russian tourists from January 9 to January 31, 2024.
We share the results of our observations.
- Record demand growth was recorded in the Murmansk region: the number of bookings increased 2.5 times compared to 2022. In the village of Teriberka — almost five times, in Murmansk — twice.
- The number of bookings in Krasnodar increased by 85%, in Moscow — by 65%, in Yekaterinburg — by 64%, in Yaroslavl — by 45%, in Irkutsk — by 39%, and in Sheregesh — by 26%.
- The leaders were Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Esto-Sadok, Kazan, Murmansk, Kaliningrad, Krasnaya Polyana, Arkhyz and Teriberka.
- The average cost of a booked night after the holidays is 5,400 rubles, which is 14% cheaper than for the New Year holidays (6,250 rubles).
- The most popular types of accommodation: hotels without stars (26% of all bookings), apartments (22%), three-star hotels (18%) and four stars” (14%).
